Experience

Perhaps your stay will be in the main house with one of three guest rooms to choose from. They include
beautiful antique furnishings, and each room is tastefully decorated. Evening meals are by request – I take pride
in serving you the finest quality foods, tastefully prepared and professionally served. The wait will satisfy your eating
pleasure.
After dinner, enjoy a relaxed evening in the glassed-in sun porch for conversation, or just take pleasure
from the quietness of the country. If you would like complete privacy, perhaps one of our two cottages would be your
choice. Each includes a small open sun porch, cozy living room with TV, coffee, fridge, and microwave for your convenience.
Outside there is a stone patio with fire pit and barbecue for your enjoyment.

Guests are welcome to use my private salmon pool, The Arlie B Pool, located across the street and just down
the hill from the Homestead Inn. Also, woodcock hunting is at its finest here on 23 acres of meadowland.
While you are here, I also invite you to visit The Jam Shack located on the premises in a tiny, unique shop featuring the
highest quality of jams, jellies and all of your favourite pickles made from special recipes handed down from more than five
generations. The Jam Shack offers home baking including brown bread, meat pies, fruit cakes of your favourite flavours,
gift baskets, and much, much more.
Special rates for seniors and for artists from June 1st to October 15th for parties of two or more.
A full breakfast is always included.
Come join me for a country experience!
